Despite embarking on their maiden continental adventure, Crystal Palace are adapting very quickly. Without key players like striker Jean-Philippe Mateta and defender Daniel Muñoz, the London club departed Dublin with a comfortable result that all but guarantees them a spot in the Europa Conference League playoffs.
Another victory in their upcoming fixture against Finland's KuPS should be enough to secure straight entry to the knockout stages, particularly following a prior setback against Strasbourg.

This match provided a chance for some of Palace's fringe players to impress. Christantus Uche, making only his second beginning since arriving on loan from Getafe, opened the account with a clinical finish. Striker Eddie Nketiah added a another, finding the net for the second consecutive succession.
